Three Things...

art. house. mum.

Just a quick three things.  And maybe my last post before Christmas...

It has been such a joy to me this season to be a part of a number of gifts destined for strangers and friends alike.  I'm pretty sure that these ones have already been delivered so I am free to show them to you all framed and ready to wrap.

And here is another thing that has bought me joy.  A little Op Shop find.  Yellow, no less.  And I like to think that it is a retired servant from a happy Kindy somewhere.  It has the labels on it still...

And in the process of moving the craft supplies into their new home a few old favourites were uncovered.  Perfect for Sam and as for the girls who surely are too old for these paints, well it was like a reunion with old friends.

I sure hope that you and yours are finding ways to wind down this week.

  2. The paintings were a hit - so was the lego mat. Thank-you so much. Don't be surprised if you get commissioned to paint a third something!! Love the shelf - how is it going with stuff being accessible by little hands?? I'm struggling with that and my shelf. I've decided I need to change where I store some of our stuff. Perhaps I'll uncover some new/old craft stuff in the process too. How fun!!

  3. Hi Grace, Hope you and your family had a great Christmas. I love the paintings and they are hanging up in Jimmy's room. Thank you so much for helping Ains get this special present sorted out for us. Love and hugs, Jen

Sometimes I'm slack at replying... but I always read your comments. Thanks. And may your day be great (in an honest kind of way...)
